This afternoon this awesome team of 6 Mercia Cubs represented us at Grafton District Scouts Cubs Totempole Competition.

Amalie, Amelie, Vinnie, Lucas, Joshua and Oliver worked together as a team to complete a series of challenges testing their skills and knowledge in variety of different scouting skills with points being awarded for each challenge and competing against 6 other Packs from Grafton District:

Challenge 1: Paper Aeroplanes
Challenge 2: Emergency Aid
Challenge 3: Mapping
Challenge 4: Over Under
Challenge 5: Kim’s Game
Challenge 6: Knotting

Each Challenge tested the Cubs communication skills, Teamwork skills, listening skills, ability to following instructions, memory skills and leadership skills.

Although we didn’t bring home the trophy each Cub absolutely did their best and we are proud of all of you!
